VIDEO ADVERTS PRE-PRODUCTION

 1) Create TWO scripts for your two different adverts

1st advert:

HOME - AFTERNOON - PREPARE

Slow, over the shoulder, chill - a teen is preparing, preparing, preparing - grabbed drink, a hair tie, brush. - 

And then she started playing music. Dance. Ahead of her:

A camera.

A good distance away, filming herself.

And the teen started dancing, could almost break the house. She walked towards the camera. Gets close. Panting. Watches the video. 

Holds out her hand. Reaches for the drink. Opens. Drinks...

After drinking - 

"Stay healthy, so you won't need a Dr"

2nd advert:

HOME - AFTERNOON - EATING

Stable, steady, calm - a teen is eating, eating, eating - grabbed fries, ketchup, mayo - 

And then she stopped moving. Stares. Ahead of him:

Dr Witt drink

A good distance away, sitting in the middle of the table.

And the teen stood up, walks. She walked towards the drink. Gets close. Grabbed the drink.

Drinks. Puts it down.

The camera focusing on the lid of the drink - 

"Stay healthy, so you won't need a Dr"

2) Shot list

  • Steady camera
  • Low angle
  • Medium shot
  • Long shot
  • Close up shot
3) Mise-en-scene
Costume: 1st advert: The character will be wearing dancing clothes e.g. a jacket/ t-shirt, and jogging pants/ leggings.
                 2nd advert: The character will be wearing comfy clothes e.g. pyjamas

Lighting / time of day: 1st advert: The lighting will be high key lighting. I will be filming at day time.
                                       2nd advert: The lighting will be high key lighting. I will be filming at around afternoon.

Actors - casting, placement, movement: 1st advert: the actor will be practising her dance while filming herself.
                                                                           2nd advert: the actor will be casually eating fast foods.

Make-up and hair: 1st advert: The character will have her hair up
                                2nd advert: The character will have her hair down, no make-up to present that she's at home

Props: 1st advert: The character will be using a hairbrush, hair tie, phone, and the drink
            2nd advert: The character will have foods in front of her, and the drink. There will also be plates

Setting: 1st advert: In the dinning table
              2nd advert: In the living room
4) Shooting schedule 
During weekends, at day time/afternoon
