1.Go back to the film poster task and use what we have learned on mise-en-scene (CLAMPS) to add a new paragraph in green font so I can see the changes you have made. Consider 'props' and 'lighting' and colour schemes and their connotations. Use the media glossary and GLO words in our books to add more media terminology such as 'reinforce' and 'emphasise' and 'consumer'.
The costumes of the characters shows different kinds of stereotypes which has connotations that they didn't grew up on the same area. The lighting emphasises more on high key lighting, which has connotations that it'll be bright an that this movie will focus on rainbow. The blue character shows a awkward vibe as shown in his smile, which has connotations that the blue character is maybe feeling difficult as we can see that the red character is flame, and we all know that flame and water are like enemies, but on the other hand the red character looks cool and is confident, which has connotations that the red character knows that she has to be optimistic since flames needs to be like act cool, and furious. The hair's character shows that author didn't made the characters look like normal person, this is shown on the girls hair, it only makes the girl look like a girl because of her eyes, which has connotations that in the next generation it will be different from the generation today. Within this the consumer will take a better and deeper look in this movie. The props shows different kinds of objects, like the gems, gems can be found underground, which has connotations that these setting is filmed underground.
- The costume of each individual shows old fashion which shows that these was way back 1980's. The way they style their clothes shows us that they followed the old generation or that these was an old generation as they look like they still don't know what types of clothes or what kinds of colors looks good when combined together.
- The author made the kids look more like an adult for them to look more independent and to look like they know what they are doing.
- The author made Mike look more of a scrappy person, the way the author makes his costume shows us that out of all the characters he's the more old fashioned and the way his costume looks not dirty but it looks like a scratch shows us that he's vintage.
- The author wants the setting to look more realistic, by doing so they made the setting's color neutral to feel the California vibes.
- The author chose a sound/ music that is already famous enough to gain attention, these has connotations that the author wants us to to feel excited or to make the audience feel safe while watching the scene because the song Running up that hill have calm beats.
