 1) Which part of the course are you looking forward to most?

  • The part of the course that I'm most looking forward the most is designing, I've been designing and editing since I was 12-13 so I'd like to fill my knowledge more about these.

2) What knowledge and skills do you hope to learn in Media?
  • The knowledge and skills that I hope to learn in media is creativity and to share my thoughts to others.

3) What grade are you realistically hoping to achieve in Media (5-9)?
  • 7-9
4) What was the last TV programme or film you watched?
  • Can you keep a secret?

5) Why do you think that TV programme or film appealed to an audience? Why would an audience like it?
  • The film Can you keep a secret? appealed the audience cause it was about two strangers who eventually fell in love with each other, and I personally think that it's because it's a comedy programme.
6) What technology have you used to access the media in the last 24 hours? (Radio, TV, phone etc.)
  • Phone

7) What device do you use most to access the media? 
  • Phone

8) What is your average 'screen time' (or equivalent) on your phone each day. Is this about right, too little or too much? Why?
  • My screen time depends on what days I use my phone, but to be honest I'm sure that I use my phone too much. I think this is because generations these days are more about social media, and since my parents are always at work they don't have the time to lecture me about screen times, but I know I should lessen my screen time and I'll try to work on that.
9) Why was the casting of Jodie Whittaker a significant moment in the history of Doctor Who?
  • Jodie Whittaker is a significant cast in the moment of history of Doctor Who? because she was the first women to be able to travel space and time.
10) What aspects of this scene do you think an audience might enjoy? List at least three things and explain why the audience would enjoy each aspect. 
  • Three things that audience might enjoy in this scene is science because if it's about science then it's more interesting.
  •  Power because not gonna lie almost everyone in this earth wants to have power.
  •  Experimentation because it tends to learn something.

Extension question 2: What would a Doctor Who fan ('Whovian') particularly enjoy about this scene?
  • A Doctor Who fan will particularly enjoy this scene is the part where the guy doctor turns into a woman because it shows that she have power and before he could turn into a woman she controlled the electricity first to turn himself into a woman.
